Mommy & Me Yoga at the Westchester Children's Museum, brought to you by Heal Yoga

A yoga class for you and your infant, to get out, get moving and make friends!  Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30am-9:30am starting July 30th.

$25/class registration.

Stay + Play: Admission to yoga class includes admission to the museum for the day.

Welcoming a community of new moms & their infants to stretch, strengthen & breathe, while bonding with their baby & other new moms at the Westchester Children's Museum.  The class offers a fusion of stretches and openers for mom, with yoga poses & movements done with your baby!  All skill levels are welcome & encouraged to join!

Yoga mats are provided for moms, bring a blanket for your baby!

Keep coming until your baby starts crawling and "graduates" from our cozy community.  Twins are absolutely welcome, but we ask that older siblings find their own adventure while you bond with your baby here.  The museum is not responsible for child supervision.
