Yoga & Me
Held on Saturday mornings before the Museum opens, this yoga program invites young school-aged children to move, stretch, and have fun together in a friendly and supportive setting. Classes take place in our sunny, carpeted Physics Lab, with yoga mats and props provided for each child. Through poses, active games, and gentle breathing, children explore how their bodies move, connect with peers, and begin learning simple tools for focus and calm. Children are encouraged to participate in socks or bare feet.
